Artisan small batch sourdough bagels made with millet, a seriously underrated gluten free wholegrain. Millet has a sweet and nutty flavour, which is also a little earthy. Used here, it compliments the molasses and olive oil really well to create a gorgeous moreish savoury bagel, with a subtly sweet and satisfying chew. The sourdough starter keeps the crumb soft and tender, so they won’t dry out.

Bagels are hand rolled, boiled, dipped in Herbie’s Spices and baked in small batches.

Freezer friendly: Slice in half and freeze individually up to 3 months, defrost at room temperature or on defrost setting in microwave. Toasting optional.
