It looks so good, it really gluten free?
Yes! Everything is 100% gluten free made in a wheat-free kitchen.
It looks like real bread because it IS real bread. No compromises on texture, flavour or technique have been made. It’s just good bread that happens to be gluten free.

Can it be frozen?
All breads are freezer friendly and defrost beautifully.
Wrap well to avoid freezer burn.
Re-toast or re-bake for bread that’s as fresh-as-day-of-baking.

Where can I buy the bread?
Please refer to the stockists page to buy baguettes, bagels & focaccia.

When will I receive my Cake order?
Please give 3 days’ notice for cake orders.
Once your cake order is placed Sylvia will be in contact to discuss your preferred delivery day/time.

Are your products vegan?
All breads are vegan. None of the cakes are vegan, as they all contain egg. Most of the cakes are dairy free.
Only pasture-raised eggs bought from the local organic shop are used! Best of the best!
