A yeasted flatbread made with extra virgin olive oil and wholegrain gluten free flour. The focaccia has a tender crumb, a salty chewy crust and keeps fresh longer than traditional flatbreads due to the organic soy milk and guar gum.
A versatile bread for dipping/sandwiches perfect for service, it freezes really well. When reheated it bounces back from frozen as if freshly baked.
Flavoured simply with oregano, fennel seed & Pukura Extra Virgin Garlic Olive Oil.
