If the best pecan pie you ever tasted dressed up as a gourmet cake. A decadent, sweet & salty treat using the best quality ingredients, a homemade salted umami caramel, and a relatively low sugar, low-dairy approach to a decedent gluten free dessert.
While this is the only RGGF Cake with dairy, it can still be considered ‘low-dairy’ because Organic coconut milk is used in place of cow’s cream in the caramel, the only dairy remaining is the Pepe Saya butter.
Vegan version available using Bu Deli Butter (Macadamia vegan butter) & Coyo coconut yoghurt.
